Captain Ghulam Mustafa, A master Mariner, was an inspirational leader, with exceptional qualities and founder of an indigenous multinational group. He established his own business by introducing a private limited company, known as Waterlink Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, which appeared on maritime horizon of Pakistan on 29 May, 2003. It didn’t take too long for Captain Ghulam Mustafa to achieve the current milestone with his extraordinary vision and leadership in half of a decade’s time. The group employs more than 300 executives and has its branch offices in major commercial hubs across the globe such as UAE, USA, China, Canada, and Afghanistan, whereas the head office is situated in Karachi. In addition to the CEO of his own Group, Capt. Ghulam Mustafa had the opportunity to serve as Chairman of “Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association” (PIFFA) and Vice Chairman of “Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry” (FPCCI). WLP lost a visionary and creative genius, who was also an inspiring mentor to all those who worked around him. His spirit will forever be the foundation of Waterlink Pakistan.
